Attorney Brittany Roberts, a native of Atlanta, GA, is the founding and managing partner of The Law Office of Brittany Roberts. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from North Carolina Central University School of Law and her Bachelors in Political Science from Valdosta State University.

 

During that time frame, Attorney Roberts has worked with several businesses, start ups, and entertainers. Through previous roles, Attorney Roberts has gained expertise working with both the Plaintiff’s side and the Defense side. Attorney Roberts has gained experience in negotiations in each of her roles, through trial and transactional work.

 

Attorney Roberts has helped and consulted with small and mid-sized businesses, along with start ups, in helping with their formations, operations, copyrights, contracts, and trademarks. Attorney Roberts’ primary specializations are in contracts, intellectual property, sports, entertainment, and business law. Attorney Roberts spends her free time mentoring law students and working with several organizations, including Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, to continue to be of service to her community whenever she can.
